Managing shortcuts

To add an app shortcut to the Home screen, tap and hold an item on the Apps screen, then drag it to the top or bottom of the screen. A shortcut to the app will be added on the Home screen.

To add a shortcut to a contact on the Home screen, swipe to the right and tap .

To delete a shortcut from the Home screen, tap EDIT and select a contact with , or tap and hold an app to delete from the Home screen and tap Remove.

Wallpapers and themes

Change the wallpaper settings for the Home screen and the locked screen or apply various themes to the device.

On the Settings screen, tap Wallpapers and themes.

Advanced features

Options

Activate advanced features and change the settings that control them. On the Settings screen, tap Advanced features.

Excessive shaking or impact to the device may cause unintended input for some features.

•Lock and mask apps: Set an app lock or hide it by using a pattern, PIN, password, or fingerprints. Notifications from the locked or hidden apps will not be displayed.

This option may not be available depending on the region or service provider.

•One-handed mode: Activate one-handed operation mode for your convenience when using the device with one hand.
