Oppgi dine fysiske data, og trykk på Neste.

Velg et aktivitetsnivå, og trykk på Neste.

Når du er ferdig med å konfigurere profilen, vises profilinformasjonen som du har oppgitt.

•Basert på dine fysiske data vil enheten beregne ditt basalstoffskifte (BMR) og anbefale et daglig kaloriinntak. Det kan hende at anbefalingen ikke er nøyaktig for alle aldersgrupper, kroppsfasonger eller ernæringsbehov.

•De forbrente kaloriene som er beregnet gjennom S Health, kan være forskjellig fra de faktisk forbrente kaloriene på grunn av enhetens spesifikasjon, omgivelser, helsestatus, treningsstil og mye annet. Samsung garanterer ikke at beregningen av forbrente kalorier er nøyaktig, og vi anbefaler at du bare bruker dataene til rekreasjonsformål.
