4.Check that the paper guides and rear stopper are snug against the paper.
5.Close the paper tray gently.
Important!
To prevent jams:
•Make sure there is no space between the paper and the paper guides and rear stopper.
•Don’t overfill the paper tray. Capacity depends on the type of paper and the paper weight (max. 530 sheets of 20 lb. [75 gm²] paper).
•Don’t load damaged paper.
•Don’t mix paper of different sizes, paper quality or thickness.
•Don’t remove the paper tray during printing.
