Care and maintenance
A lot of care has gone into designing and manufacturing your phone; please treat it with care. You will enjoy using your phone for a very long time if you follow the suggestions below.
•Keep your phone dry and protect it from moisture. Precipitation, moisture and liquids contain min- erals that will corrode electronic circuits. If your phone does be- come wet, you should immediate- ly disconnect it from the power supply, if there is one, or remove the batteries.
•Never use your phone in dusty or dirty conditions, and don't keep it in such places. The phone's mov- ing parts may be damaged.
•Never keep the phone in places that are too hot. High tempera- tures can shorten the life of elec- tronic devices, damage batteries and deform or melt certain plas- tics.
•Never keep the phone in places that are too cold. Moisture that will damage electronic boards may form inside the phone when it warms up again (to its normal operating temperature).
•Never drop the phone; do not ex- pose it to impacts or shocks and do not shake it. Rough treatment like this may break the circuit boards in the device.
