Connecting an AV receiver

Disconnect all power sources before making any connections.

For greater control of all audio and video equipment, connect an AV receiver.

Using a VIDEO cable, connect VIDEO 1 IN

 

on the TV’s upper panel to MONITOR

 

OUT on the AV receiver.

Using an AUDIO/VIDEO cable, connect

 

SELECT OUT on the TV’s upper panel to

 

VIDEO 2 IN on the AV receiver.

Using an AUDIO/VIDEO cable, connect

 

the video equipment to the AV receiver.

Use the SET UP menu to set SELECT OUT to

 

TV OUT. (see “SELECT OUT” on page 60)
