Follow the procedures below to erase data you cannot play.
1Connect your Network Walkman to the computer, and start the SonicStage software.
2If you have already specified the data with problems (such as expired songs), erase the data using the SonicStage software.
3If the problem persists, click the button on the SonicStage software to transfer all data without problems while your Network Walkman is connected to the computer.
4Disconnect your Network Walkman from the computer and then format “Memory Stick” or the

If a “Memory Stick” is formatted, data recorded using other devices will be also erased. Be sure to verify the data stored in the “Memory Stick” prior to formatting, when “Memory Stick” contains data recorded using other devices.
