Ringer Types
Ringer types help you identify incoming calls and
messages. You can assign Ringer Types to individual
Internal Phone Book entries, calls and messages.
䊳Preprogrammed Ringers include a variety of
standard ringer types and familiar music.
䊳Vibrating Ringer alerts you to calls or messages
without disturbing others.
Selecting Ringer Types for Voice Calls
To select a ringer type for voice calls:
1. From standby mode, press for Main Menu.
2. Press for Setup / Tool.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Type.
5. Press for Voice Calls.
6. Toggle to highlight with Caller ID or no Caller ID,
and press .
7. Toggle to listen to the available Ringer Types, and
press .
Selecting Ringer Types for Messages
To select a ringer type for messages:
1. From standby mode, press for Main Menu.
2. Press for Setup / Tool.
3. Press for Sounds.
4. Press for Ringer Type.
5. Press for Messages.
6. Toggle to highlight Voicemail, Page, Text, or Web
Alerts and press .
7. Toggle to highlight and listen to the available Ringer
Type s, and press .
