FOR CONTROLLED CYCLE OPERATION
Select the “High” or “Low” setting, rest hand on container and activate the Blender for
about 2 seconds. Repeat this procedure for as many cycles as required by the recipe.

FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION
Select the “High” or “Low” setting, adjusting desired speed, and then turn Blender
onto begin processing. When processing is completed, turn Blender off. (See this
Pageor Page7 or 8 for detailed instructions for continuous operation of the specific
Blenderyou own.)

AUTION
:
NEVER LEAVE BLENDER WHILE IT IS PROCESSING. If container should turn
whilemotor is on, switch it OFF immediately and tighten jar in container. (See Page 5,
Tighteningthe Container.)

Low speeds are Stir, Beat, Purée,Chop, Whip, Pulse, Mix and Easy Clean.
High speeds are Ice Crush, Grate, Blend, Shred, Grind, Mash, Liquefy and Frappé.
FOR CONTINUOUS OPERATION
Determine whether you want to use “High” or “Low” continuous cycling. Slide the “High”
or “Low” switch to “High” or “Low”, rest hand on top of container and then push desired
“speed” button. All speed buttons are continuous speed buttons except for Ice, Crush
andMix. Press “Off” to turn Blender off.
FOR CONTROLLED CYCLE BLENDING OPERATIONS
The “Ice Crush” (high) and the “Mix” (low) buttons are controlled cycle operations.
Touse, determine whether you want to use “High” or “Low” controlled cycle operation.
Press “High” or “Low” button accordingly. Rest hand on top of container and then push
button labeled “Ice Crush” (high)/“Mix” (low)/“Pulse”. Hold button down for about
2seconds, then release and allow blades to coast to a stop. Repeat cycles until
contentsreach desired consistency. Release of “Pulse” button turns the Blender off.

:
Pulse button can be held for longer than 2 seconds asneeded.
TOPROCESS FOOD
• Assemble container (See Page 5, Assembling Your Blender).
• Put ingredients into Blender container, cover firmly, and place container into ring
onmotor base. (See Page 5, Tightening the Container.)
