Connecting your TV
Connecting an A/V receiver
This connection allows you to use an A/V (audio/video) receiver to enhance your TV’s sound.
If you have a system with Dolby Pro Logic® surround sound, you can add to the realism of the sound by using the TV speakers as center channel speakers.
You will need:
•one set of standard A/V cables
•one single audio cable for the Audio Center Channel

•Turn off the TV before connecting or disconnecting the Audio Center Channel cable.
•Do not connect from the A/V receiver’s Center Speaker OUT terminal (amplified signal) to the TV’s Audio Center Channel IN terminal.
Note:
Refer to the instructions provided with your A/V receiver for details about your surround sound system.
When the Audio Center Channel ON/OFF switch is in the ON position, the TV speakers will function only as center channel speakers.
