You can store up to 50 numbers in two digit Speed Dial locations (01-50).
Storing a Num b er for Sp eed Dialing
You can assign up to 50 fax or telephone speed dial numbers using the two
digit nu mbers 0 1-50 on the Numb er ke yp ad.
1Press and hold the Speed/Dual button for 2 seconds.
2Enter a two digit lo cation number (01 th rough 50) to which you want to
store a number, then press the Start/Enter button.
If a number is already stored in the location, the display shows the
number in the upper line and 1:RENEW 2:OTHER in the bottom line.
Press 1 to delete the existing number or 2 to select another speed dial
numbe r.
3Enter the telephone number you want to store, then press the Start/
Enter button.
4To assign a name to the number, enter the desired name. For
information on how to enter names, see Ente ring Alphan umeric
Characte rs on page 3-26.
Or
If you don’t want to assign a name, skip this step.
5Press the Start/Enter button when the name appears correctly or
without entering a name.
6To store more telephone numbers, repeat steps 2 through 5.

To retur n t o S tandb y mode, press th e Stop button.
