Track and Disc Erase
■Last Track Erase
This operation erases the last track. Last Track Erase cannot be done if a

•Proceed to the next step when erasing only the last track. To erase other tracks as well, select the track number from which you wish to start erasing by rotating the MULTI JOG knob counterclockwise.

This operation deletes all data on the disc. It is usually not necessary to perform this function, however, it may be used to recover a disc.

•If the message “Check Disc” appears in the display during an erase operation and erasing stops, the disc may be damaged. In this case, inspect the disc and then try erasing it again.
