5Select the new folder, and then open its “Properties”
window.
6Select the “General” tab in the “Properties” window,
and then remove the check mark from the “Read-
only” check box as shown below.
7Select the “Sharing” tab in the “Properties” window,
and then place the check marks in the “Share this
folder on the network” and “Allow network users to
change my files” check boxes as shown below.
8Make sure “Share name” is “mc_backup” as shown
below.
When you named this folder with a name other than
“mc_backup” in step 4, the folder name appears in
the “Share name” text box. In such cases, rename
“Share name” “mc_backup”.
9Click on the “OK” button in the “Properties” window
to close it.
