Cisco MGM Client Error and Warning Messages

Error Message EID-623: An error occurred in response to a topology change. Refresh the view.

Recommended Action Close, then reopen the topology window.

Error Message EID-628: MGM initialization failed. Cannot connect to the MGM database.

Recommended Action The Cisco MGM client cannot read a required table from the database. Restart the application and start the Debug Log (choose File > Debug Options). If the problem persists, contact Cisco technical support with the Debug Log trace.

Error Message EID-629: A fatal error occurred while trying to retrieve new assignments from the server. The application will be shut down. Restart the application.

Recommended Action Restart the Cisco MGM server and all of the clients.

Error Message EID-630: The selected NE is not found in the database; the database might be corrupted.

Recommended Action Restart the Cisco MGM client.

Error Message EID-631: A user with administrator privileges has changed your password. The application will be closed. Log in again with the new password.

Recommended Action Log in with the revised user password.

Error Message EID-632: A user with administrator privileges has disabled this user. The application will be closed.

Recommended Action The administrator disabled the selected user’s access. Contact the administrator to re-enable user access.

Error Message EID-633: The administrator has deleted this user. The application will be closed.

Recommended Action The administrator deleted the selected user. Contact the administrator to create a new user account.

Error Message EID-637: One or more NEs are missing from the domain. Those NEs will be added to the Lost and Found group in the MGM domain.

Recommended Action No action is required. The missing NE has been added to the Lost and Found group in the Cisco MGM domain.
