1.Click Create against the virtual machine for which you want to create a remote console. The Create remote console screen is displayed.

2.Provide the IP address and Net mask in the respective fields in the Create Settings panel.

3.Click OK to create the remote console.

Modifying remote console

The Modify option in the Console tab allows you to modify the IP address and the Netmask of the remote console of a virtual machine guest.

To modify the remote console of a virtual machine guest:

1.Click Modify against the virtual machine for which you want to modify the remote console details. The Modify remote console screen is displayed.

2.Modify the IP address and the Netmask details.

3.Click OK to save the modified settings for the remote console.
