Fax Log Settings

Menu item	Description
Transmission Log	Enables printing of a transmission log after each fax job
Print log	Note: Print log is the factory default setting.
Do not print log
Print only for error
Receive Error Log	Enables printing of a receive error log following a receive error
Print Never	Note: Print Never is the factory default setting.
Print on Error
Auto Print Logs	Enables automatic printing of fax logs
On	Note: On is the factory default setting.
Off
Log Paper Source	Selects the source of the paper used for printing logs
Tray <x>	Note: Tray 1 is the factory default setting.
Logs Display	Specifies whether printed logs display the dialed number or the station name
Remote Station Name	Note: “Remote Station Name” is the factory default setting.

Enable Job Log	Enables access to the Fax Job log
On	Note: On is the factory default setting.

Enable Call Log	Enables access to the Fax Call log

Speaker Settings

Menu item	Description
Speaker Mode	Notes:
Always Off	• Always Off turns the speaker off.
On until Connected
	• “On until Connected” is the factory default setting. The speaker is on and
Always On
	issues a noise until the fax connection is made.
	• Always On turns the speaker on.
Speaker Volume	Controls the volume setting
High	Note: High is the factory default setting.
Medium
Low
Ringer Volume	Controls the ringer volume for the fax speaker
On	Note: On is the factory default setting.
