Proper posture for using the Monitor set.

Adjust the Monitor set and your posture to allow you to view images at the optimal viewing angle.

Place your hands gently on the keyboard, keeping your arms bent at the elbows and horizontally outright.

Adjust the location of the Monitor set to avoid it reflecting light.
