La radio reprend le balayage une fois que le temps de balayage est expiré et poursuit ce balayage jusqu'au moment où le canal est changé. Le LED clignote en vert.

Balayage d'un canal prioritaire

Il est possible de programmer un seul canal en tant que canal "Prioritaire". La radio surveillera constamment ce canal au cours du balayage et lorsque ce balayage s'arrête sur un canal actif et si un appel est détecté sur le canal prioritaire, la radio se cale automatiquement sur ce canal et y demeure tant que la conversation sur le canal prioritaire se déroule. L'activité sur un canal prioritaire a préséance sur toute autre conversation. Pour passer en mode de balayage prioritaire, appuyer sur le bouton Scan et le relâcher (second bouton sous le poussoir P.T.T). Le LED clignotera en vert.

Retour en arrière

Cette fonction est idéale pour les utilisateurs ne requérant pas de faire un balayage comme indiqué ci-dessus mais souhaitent ne jamais manquer un appel fait sur le canal "Prioritaire" si un autre canal avait été sélectionné. Une fois un canal sélectionné, la radio effectuera périodiquement un "retour en arrière" au canal prioritaire. Si une activité est détectée sur le canal prioritaire, la radio se calera sur ce canal autant qu'il demeure actif. Pour passer en mode "retour en arrière", appuyer sur le bouton Scan et le maintenir enfoncé (premier bouton sous le poussoir P.T.T.). La valeur PS / Channel sera affichée dans la fenêtre d'affichage et le LED clignotera en vert.

REMARQUE: La fonction "Retour en arrière" exige que la radio quitte le canal courant pendant une fraction de seconde (à intervalles réguliers) afin de vérifier s'il y a activité sur le canal prioritaire. En fonction de la programmation de l'appareil (vitesse de balayage, etc.), il est possible de ne pas remarquer cette particularité étant donné qu'il se produit une interruption sur le canal courant au cours de cette fraction de seconde. En tout temps, une transmission aura lieu sur le canal actif.
