If the “Slide Show” toolbar fails to appear, select [View] → [Toolbars] → [Slide Show] in PowerPoint to display it.
Click here.
The slide show can now be restaged. Proceed with the slide show using the [↑], [↓], [Page Up] and [Page Down] keys.
