MAKING A CALL

HANDSET

1.Pick up the handset and press the talk/callback button on the handset. Listen for a dial tone.

2.Dial the desired number, or dial the number first then press the talk/ callback button.

3.When finished, press the talk/callback button again to hang up.

SPEAKERPHONE

1.Press the callback/speaker button on the base. You will hear a dial tone.

2.Dial the number you wish to call. Or, you can dial the number and then press the speaker/callback button.

3.When finished, press the callback/speaker button to hang up.

ANSWERING A CALL

HANDSET

1.When the phone rings, press the talk/callback button on the handset.

2.When finished, press the talk/callback button again to hang up.

SPEAKERPHONE

1.When the phone rings, press the speaker/callback button to answer a call.

2.When finished press callback/speaker to hang up.

NOTE: If you are using the handset and want to switch to the speakerphone, press the callback/speaker button. The speakerphone indicator turns on. To continue using the handset, press the talk/callback button.
