LCD ekrane atkuriami iš kompiuterio gauti vaizdo signalai. Todėl iškilus problemų dėl kompiuterio ar vaizdo plokštės, LCD ekranas gali tapti juodas, netinkamai rodyti spalvas, jame gali atsirasti tri- ukšmo, gali būti nepalaikomas vaizdo režimas ir pan. Tokiu atveju pirmiausiai patikrinkite problemos priežastį, o tada kreipkitės į techninės priežiūros centrą arba savo prekybos atstovą.

1.Patikrinkite, ar tinkamai prijungtas maitinimo kabelis ir prie kompiuterio tinkamai prijungti vaiz- do kabeliai.

2.Patikrinkite, ar paleidimo metu kompiuteris supypsi daugiau kaip 3 kartus. (jei neprašoma, kreipkitės į techninės priežiūros centrą.)

3.Jeigu įdiegėte naują vaizdo plokštę arba surinkote kompiuterį, patikrinkite, ar įdiegtas adapteris (vaizdo).

4.Patikrinkite, ar vaizdo ekrano nuskaitymo koeficientas yra nustatytas nuo 56 iki 85 Hz. (Kai naudosite maksimalią skiriamąją gebą, neviršykite 60 Hz.)

5.Jei adapterio (vaizdo) tvarkyklės diegimo metu iškilo problemų, paleiskite kompiuterį saugiu režimu, pašalinkite vaizdo adapterį „„Control Panel“ (Valdymo skydas) -> „System“ (Sistema) - > „Device Administrator“ (Įrenginio administratorius)“ ir tada iš naujo paleiskite kompiuterį, kad iš naujo įdiegtumėte adapterio (vaizdo) tvarkyklę.
