The Sun Netra CP3250 blade server supports virtual LAN configuration for the Sun 10 GbE Multithreaded Networking Technolgy ports (MAC addresses 4, 5, 6, and 7). When configured, the virtual LAN feature enables the assignment of multiple MAC address to one port. TABLE 2-3lists the extra MAC addresses available for the Sun 10 GbE Multithreaded Networking Technolgy ports.
