5.6Exchange of paint channel
● if the round jet nozzle is fitted 1. Unscrew tip nut (1).
2. Unscrew tip body (2) with universal spanner.
3. Unscrew seal screw (3) with paint channel assembly tool.
4. Remove paint channel.
Assemble in reverse order, use screw (3) again.
●if the flat jet nozzle is fitted
1. Unscrew cap ring (5).
2. Remove air cap (6) and AirCoat tip (7).
3. Unscrew seal screw (3) with paint channel assembly tool.
4. Remove paint channel.
Note
Insert the paint channel as shown below (note position of the shoulder for the seal screw)
