PORTABILITY KIT INSTALLATION

The manufacturer recommends when using your ACDelco generator for recreational or utility functions that you properly install the Portability Kit included with your generator purchase. All ACDelco generator models include a Portability Kit for optional installation. Portability Kits are not required for ACDelco generators to properly operate.

5500 Watt Generator

Step 1

1.Install wheel axle, insert bolts (2) 8mm x 16mm through axle and generator's frame and tighten 8mm nut (2) onto bolt.

2.Slip wheels (2) over the axle on both ends, insert cotter pins (2) through axle and spread the pins to hold wheels in place.

Step 2

1. Install stabilizer feet (2), insert bolts (4) 6mm x 12mm through feet and generator frame and tighten 6mm nut (2) onto bolt.

Step 3

1.Insert each handle unit into the center of the stationary bracket located on the vertical side of the frame, slide bolt 8mm x 40mm through both bracket and handle unit, tighten 8mm nut onto bolt.
