CHANGING THE TABLET SETTINGS: Changing Language and Keyboard Settings

Using the User Dictionary

Your Tablet PC has a built-in user dictionary where you can add words to it.

To add words to the dictionary, perform the following:

1.On the Home Screen, touch > Settings > Language & keyboard.

2.Touch User dictionary.

3.To add words to the dictionary, touch > Add.

4.Type the word you want to add to the dictionary.

5.Touch OK.

6.Repeat steps 3 to 5 to add more words.

7.Touch to return to the Home screen.

To modify a word in the dictionary, perform the following:

1.On the Home Screen, touch > Settings > Language & keyboard.

2.Touch User dictionary.

3.Touch the word you want to edit.

4.A pop up window appears. Touch Edit.

5.Modify the word, then touch OK.

6.Repeat steps 3 to 5 to modify more words.

7.Touch to return to the Home screen.

To delete a word from the dictionary, perform the following:

1.On the Home Screen, touch > Settings > Language & keyboard.

2.Touch User dictionary.

3.Touch the word you want to delete.

4.A pop up window appears. Touch Delete. The word is removed from the dictionary.

5.Repeat steps 3 to 4 to delete more words.

6.Touch to return to the Home screen.
