2.3 Using the Port Replicator Connector(W576 Only)

Port Replicator Connector allows you to connect an external port replicator devices (optional). This external device is an easy one- step connectivity solution whether at home or the office.

1.DC Power Port

Lets you connect the AC power adapter in supplying continuous power to your Port Replicator.

2Serial Port

The serial port, or COM port, allows you to connect serial devices, such as printers or scanners.

3.External Monitor Port

The external monitor port allows you to connect an external monitor.

4.Parallel Port

The parallel port, or LPT port, allows you to connect parallel devices, such as a printer to your notebook.

5.USB V2.0 Port

The two USB ports allow you to connect USB devices such as external game pads, pointing devices, key boards and/or speakers.

6.RJ45 10/100/1000Mbps Ethernet LAN Port

Internal LAN port connects your notebook to other computers/ networks through a local area network (LAN)

7.Stereo Line-out Port

The optional stereo line-out port allows you to connect a set of speakers or a headphone to your notebook.

8.Power Switch

To power up or off the port replicator.
