Enter the x and y offset which defines the upper left corner of the zone relative to the upper left corner of the desired document. Enter the length and width of the zone to be captured.

You can enter the desired values in the fields or use the arrow keys to define the desired area. The Display window will show the cropping area as you change the values.

Based on the Relative to Document cropping parameters the image to be generated from this document would lie outside the document area. Make sure the relative cropping offset, width, and length are correct and that the document is being scanned is at least the same size as the zone you defined.
