If the requested size and type are not available from any automatic source, then you are prompted to load the requested envelope size and type in the manual feed source.

If the size is still not available, then a configurationerror is issued, and the print job is flushed.

If manualfeed or ManualFeed is true, then the printer prompts you to load the requested size manually. If no manual feed exists on the printer, then a rangecheck error message is issued.

The envelope tray the printer selects when it receives an envelopetray operator is listed in “Envelopetray operator selections” on page 17. These operators are equivalent to executing the following PostScript emulation sequence:
