Trouble-shooting Guide

No Power to the Switch.

Symptom: Power cord is connected to the switch, but all LEDs, including the Power LED, are off.

1.Check both ends of the power cord to make certain that they are securely connected to the power receptacle on the switch and to t he power outlet.

2.Verify that the power outlet has power.
