Imagine having a printer with the versatility to print full-color brochures, newsletters or signs in-house. Or to create color transparencies, labels or business cards whenever you need them. From postcards to tabloid-sized posters and banners, you’ll have the capability to generate materials that get your message across.

•All trays handle media sizes from 4 x 6 in. to 12 x 18 in. You can even print banners up to

12 x 48 in. to create vivid, eye-catching signs.

•Handles cover stock, and thicknesses up

to 100 lb. Cover (270 gsm) to make specialty jobs like posters, business cards or point of purchase materials quick and easy.

•Automatic two-sided printing (optional on 7400N) makes quick work of brochures, newsletters and reports.

•Finishing options including V-fold booklet printing and saddle stitching for in-house publishing.

•Industry leading color technologies, 1200 dpi print resolution and enhanced Photo print mode ensure that whatever the job, the colors come out as you intended.

A Single-stop printing solution

The Phaser 7400 printer has the versatility to handle the printing needs of any size office. It’s so capable it

may have you doing things you never thought you had the resources for.

Use Tray 1 (MPT) for heavy paper up to

100 lb. Cover (270 gsm), envelopes, labels, business cards and other specialty media

(up to 250 sheets).

Tray 2: 550-sheet paper tray (standard) feeds

18 lb. bond – 80 lb. cover (65 – 216 gsm)

paper and transparencies.

Lower Tray Assembly adds an additional

550-sheet paper tray (standard on the

7400DT and 7400DXF configurations).

High-Capacity Feeder (standard on our

most productive configurations, 7400DX and 7400DXF) adds three trays with 1,650

sheets of input capacity.

Finisher (standard on 7400DXF) offers hole-

punching and stapling options, including

v-fold and saddle-stitching for easy pickup and distribution.

Money-saving and fast automatic duplex option for two-sided printing (standard on 7400DN, 7400DT, 7400DX, 7400DXF configurations).
