DRC

You can use this function to enjoy Dolby Digital sound when watching movies at low volume at night.DRC compresses the audio to make the loudest sounds quieter and the quietest sounds louder.

~Each time you press ▲▼ button, DRC : STD DRC : MIN

DRC : MAX will be selected in turn.

Setting DRC

~STD : Sets DRC effect to standard.

~MAX : Sets DRC effect to maximum.

~MIN : Sets DRC effect to minimum.

HDMI Setup

Use this if you want to transfer audio signal using the HDMI cable.

1.HDMI Audio : AVR, TV

This preference determines whether audio received at the HDMI IN is output by the HDMI OUT. You may want to turn this preference on if your TV is connected to the HDMI OUT and you want to listen to the audio from a component that’s connected to an HDMI IN, through your TV’s speakers.

Normally, this should be set to Off.

-AVR : HDMI audio is not output

-TV : HDMI audio is output

. Anynet + Mode : Off, On

Anynet+ is a function that enables you to control other Samsung Devices with your Samsung TV's remote control.

-On : Anynet + enabled.

-Off : Anynet - disabled.

. AUTO LIPSYNC : ON, OFF

The AV receiver can be set to automatically correct any delay between the video and the audio, based on the data from the connected monitor.

-ON : HDMI lip sync enabled.

-OFF : HDMI lip sync disabled.

M ` HDMI Audio is enabled only if both of HDMI INPUT and HDMI OUT are connected properly and work normally.

`To move up one level from SETUP/MENU or EXIT SETUP when the SETUP mode is released, press the RETURN button.

`This function works only if your HDMI-compatible TV supports HDMI Lip Sync.
