Q:Can I mix PS/2 and USB servers on the host side?

A: Yes, the LCD Rack Console will support any mix of PS/2 and USB host servers at a time.

Q:What does flash-upgradeable mean?

A: With flash-upgrade capability, you can update your LCD Rack Console firmware at any time through a simple serial connection. Upgrade capability ensures that your LCD Rack Console is always the most current version on the market with the latest features and enhancements. See the “Updating Firmware” section in this User Manual.

Q:How does the LCD Rack Console allow the user to switch between ports?

A: The LCD Rack Console supports two methods of port selection. The user . can select servers using specially designated keyboard hot keys or through the On-Screen Display.

A: The LCD Rack Console can be placed up to 25 feet away from your PS/2 server and up to 15 feet away from your USB server.
