2.Connect the printer to the AC adapter. Connect the AC adapter to the AC power outlet. When connecting the DC power cord to the printer’s power connector, make sure the DC power cord connector is oriented properly. When connecting the DC power cord to the printer connector, use one hand to hold the printer while using the other hand to plug in the cord

3.Press the POWER button on the operation panel of the printer. The ON LINE (POWER) lamp is on. Check that the ON LINE (POWER) lamp is on.
