ÊTo quit the Configuration program press the [ESC] key until a corresponding message is displayed. Select Yes to quit.

Activating and Configuring Host RAID

To configure Host RAID select the menu entry Configure/View Host RAID Settings. If this entry is not displayed you have to activate Host RAID with the entry Enable Host RAID Support.

Now the existing SCSI hard disks and already configured RAID drives are displayed.

Select one of the displayed hard disks and configure the RAID-System to your needs.

User's Guide.

 

The administration of the RAID system can be set later by a tool in your operating system

 

(see therefor the documentation "Storage Manager Browser Edition"). this tool currently is

 

available for Windows NT4 and Windows 2000.
