Under desk mounting

Mount the interface under a desk or in a podium, using an optional Extron MBU 125 Under-desk mount kit (part #70-077-01)as follows:

1.

Attach the mounting brackets to the interface using

 

four machine screws supplied with the mounting kit

 

(figure 2-6).

Using the not-to-scaletemplate at the back of this manual

 

or the device with mounting brackets installed to guide

 

you, mark the four screw holes on the underside of the

 

surface to which you are mounting the interface.

3.

Drill four pilot holes, each 3/32" (2 mm) in diameter by

 

1/4" (6 mm) deep, where marked.

4.

Using the four wood screws provided, attach the brackets

 

under the mounting surface (figure 2-7).

Through desk mounting

Mount the interface through a desk or table, as follows:

1.

Attach the mounting brackets to the interface using four

 

machine screws and washers (supplied with the mounting

 

kit), as indicated in figure 2-8.

Using the not-to-scaletemplate at the back of this manual

 

to guide you or the device with mounting brackets

 

installed to guide you, mark the four screw holes on the

 

underside of the surface to which you are mounting the

 

interface.

3.

Cut the hole.

4.

Drill four pilot holes, each 3/32" (2 mm) in diameter by

 

1/4" (6 mm) deep, where marked.

5.

Using the four wood screws provided, attach the brackets

 

to the mounting surface.
