Connecting a SATA Hard Drive
1.Connect the included SATA cable to the receptacleson the SATA hard drive and the adapter.
2.Connect the mini
3.Connect the single DC output connector of the power adapter to the DC IN jack on the adapter. Connect the included power cord to the power adapter, then plug it into an AC outlet.
* Note: If your SATA hard drive comes with a legacy

Caution: The adapter supports bus power for a connected 2.5" hard drive. However, USB port power output varies by computer. If your system cannot detect the 2.5" hard drive, it may be that the USB port is not supplying sufficient power, in which case an additional power connection will be required.

After completing installation, you can use attached hard drives as external USB 2.0 storage devices. (Note: A
