Extend Runtime

All models accept external battery packs to provide extended runtime. Without enough runtime, businesses stand to lose up to $50,000 per hour according to a recent survey on the cost of lost productivity for an hour of network downtime.* Locate your planned load and optimum runtime on the chart to

the right.

* Yankee Group.

Extending runtime is as simple as plugging in additional external battery packs.

For additional extended runtime solutions to fit your specific load requirements, use Tripp Lite's interactive UPS Selector Guide at www.tripplite.com/selector/ups, or call Tripp Lite's Application Specialists at (773) 869-1236.

ENVIROSENSE specifications

The Tripp Lite ENVIROSENSE is an innovative environmental monitoring solution that enables businesses to safeguard their IT infrastructure by providing crucial data on environmental conditions. This device is particularly suitable for data centers, server rooms, laboratories, and other critical environments where monitoring temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors is essential for optimal performance and safety.

One of the standout features of the ENVIROSENSE is its capability for real-time monitoring. This system can monitor temperature and humidity levels with precision, allowing users to access immediate alerts through email notifications, SNMP traps, or even through a web-based interface. This real-time feedback enables facility managers to take proactive measures and respond quickly to potential threats, thereby preventing equipment failures or downtime that can result from environmental fluctuations.

In addition to temperature and humidity monitoring, the ENVIROSENSE comes equipped with additional sensors and features that enhance its versatility. Users can integrate it with sensors for additional environmental parameters such as water leaks, airflow, and power monitoring. This multi-faceted approach to environmental monitoring is crucial for comprehensive oversight of critical infrastructure, ensuring that all potential risk factors are accounted for.

The ENVIROSENSE utilizes advanced network technologies such as SNMP (Simple Network Management Protocol) for seamless integration into existing network management systems. This allows IT personnel to monitor environmental data alongside other network metrics, creating a unified view of the health and performance of their IT assets. Furthermore, its web-based graphical interface provides easy navigation and data visualization, making it user-friendly for individuals at all technical levels.

Another significant characteristic of the ENVIROSENSE is its scalability. It can easily be expanded with additional sensors, allowing organizations to tailor the monitoring environment to their specific needs. As facilities grow or change, the ENVIROSENSE can adapt accordingly, making it a future-proof investment for any organization.

The Tripp Lite ENVIROSENSE is not just a monitoring tool; it’s an essential component of a robust infrastructure management strategy. With its advanced features, real-time monitoring capabilities, and scalability, it provides organizations with the insights needed to create a safe and efficient environment for their critical IT operations. By investing in the ENVIROSENSE, businesses can ensure continuity, minimize risk, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
