The Polycom Conference Suite is comprised of the Network Aware Scheduler for end users, and Video Network Management tool for IT professionals. The Network

Aware Scheduler makes it easy to schedule conferences by enabling users to invite guests, book rooms, and select necessary equipment, all from within Microsoft Outlook or through a Web interface. Conferences can be run as point- to-point, embedded multipoint or on standalone MCUs like the MGC. The Polycom Video Network Management allows IT professionals to proactively track and adjust the network as needed from any location. PCS is managed through a web interface and also supports equipment from major video equipment manufacturers.
