INIT Button	“INIT” means “Initialize”. Pressing the button will
	reboot the device and restore the settings to the
	factory default settings.

X:Crossover: the RJ-45 port Tx and Rx lines are reversed. Use this setting when using a straight cable connected to a PC or other Ethernet device. It is also the factory default setting.

II:Straight: Straight: the RJ-45 port Tx and Rx lines are normal. Use this setting when using a straight cable connected to an Ethernet device, such as an Ethernet hub/switch.
