Make sure you have allocated files 19 and file 61

File 19 is the time and attendance file

File 61 is the employee file

Maximum number of records is 99 for both files

Assign a clock In/Out key to the keyboard

108 (clock in/out) press the function key

Assigning employee numbers

0161 Employee Number

Operation

Press clock IN/OUT key

Enter employee number and press the clock IN/OUT key Press the cash key
