SUBWOOFER FEATURES

FUSION subwoofers are low frequency drivers capable of delivering extremely high bass levels from small enclosures. In order to achieve the maximum performance from your new FUSION Subwoofer, please use one of the recommended size enclosures that best suits your application. Sealed and vented enclosure sizes can be found in this manual.

BASKET

NV Series Subwoofers feature a uniquely high pressure cast aluminium basket. Development of the NV Series basket allows rigidity and style for any custom install. Finished in a protective metal silver paint and detailed with FUSION green enhancements, the basket displays impressive strength and style.

CONE ASSEMBLY

Development of the high performance pressed paper cone, creates a dynamic low bass response and high power performance. The cone is finished in a dynamic silver with NV Series super graphic, catering for style, strength and sound performance.

SPIDER

In order to keep the cone assembly balanced and linear, FUSION has used green poly cotton flat spiders to reduce the mechanical distortion for better sound quality.

VOICE COIL

NV Series Subwoofers use dual 2 ohm configuration. This allows a multitude of wiring combinations for your amplifier system (please see wiring configurations in this manual). NV Series Subwoofers utilise high temperature, multi wound black aluminium voice coils.

EXTENDED POLE PIECE

Recognising that an increased linear magnetic field for the subwoofer encourages a better low frequency response, FUSION has extended the internal pole piece to achieve this. The extended pole piece also decreases distortion.

MOTOR STRUCTURE

The motor structure is constructed from the highest strontium magnetic material triple stacked and capped with a diamond cut FUSION back plate, has enabled increased power handling and larger excursion. With the additional venting holes we assure consistent booming.

NVSW12, NVSW15 specifications

Fusion NVSW15 and NVSW12 represent the latest in advanced switching technology designed for high-performance networking environments. These switches are engineered to cater to modern data center demands and support a diverse range of applications, making them an ideal choice for enterprises and service providers alike.

One of the standout features of the NVSW15 is its high bandwidth capability, which supports a switching capacity of up to 15 Tbps. This immense throughput allows organizations to handle large volumes of data traffic efficiently, which is crucial as more devices connect to the internet and demand for data-intensive applications grows. Conversely, the NVSW12 offers a slightly lower capacity of 12 Tbps, making it a cost-effective option for those who may not require the full capabilities of the NVSW15.

Both models employ cutting-edge technologies such as Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN) and Multiprotocol Label Switching (MPLS). VXLAN dramatically increases the scalability of cloud environments, enabling the creation of virtual networks on top of the existing physical network infrastructure. MPLS, on the other hand, ensures efficient data forwarding and reduces latency, which is critical for real-time applications such as video conferencing and online gaming.

The NVSW15 and NVSW12 also come equipped with advanced Quality of Service (QoS) features, allowing for precise control over traffic to ensure that critical applications receive the necessary bandwidth. This is especially important in mixed-environment data centers where different applications often compete for resources.

Security is another key focus, as these switches integrate robust features such as IEEE 802.1X authentication and dynamic ARP inspection. These protocols help protect network integrity by mitigating threats and ensuring that only authorized devices connect to the network.

In terms of management, both models support centralized management through intuitive user interfaces and APIs, facilitating easier configuration and monitoring. Compatibility with various networking protocols ensures they can be integrated smoothly into existing infrastructure.

Overall, Fusion's NVSW15 and NVSW12 switches offer powerful, flexible, and secure networking solutions tailored to meet the high demands of today's digital landscape. With their superior capabilities, organizations can confidently support their evolving networking needs.
