Operation

Start up

1.Switch all of the connected equipment on.

2.Plug the power cord into the projector and into a wall socket. Turn on the power point (if switched).

3.Turn the main power switch on. The Power indicator lights orange.

4.Remove the lens cap. If it is left on, it could become deformed due to heat.

5.Press and hold (for 2 seconds) the Power button on the remote control or projector to start the unit. The Power indicator light flashes green when the unit is on.

6.The start up procedure takes about 30 seconds after pressing Power. In the later stage of start up, a default BenQ logo is projected.

7.Next, a projector boot screen displays as below. If the supplied BenQ wireless card is installed in the projector and its indicator lights green, set up your laptop or desktop later by using the information

shown on the page like Network ID (SSID), Network Type, and IP Address.
