Proper posture for using the Monitor set.
Adjust the Monitor set and your posture to allow you to view images at the optimal viewing angle (D).
50 cm to 90 cm
Adjust your distance from the Monitor set to allow you to view images from the optimal distance (L).
Adjust the location of the Monitor set to avoid it reflecting light.
Place your hands

keyboard, keeping your arms bent at the elbows and horizontally outright.
