Replacing and cleaning the dust filter

We recommend cleaning the dust filter after every 300 hours of use, clean it more often if the projector is used in a dusty environment.

If dust builds up on the filter is not cleaned, the projector will over- heat and cause problems with the operation and shorten the life of the product.

When you see this message, please find following steps for cleaning procedure:

Cleaning the Dust Filter Procedure:

1.Switch off the power to the projector by pressing the “” button.

2.Disconnect the power cord.

3.Unscrew the one screw on the cable cover. 1

4.Lift up and remove the cable cover. 2

5.Push the latch by the arrow direction. 3

6.Remove the dust filter slowly and carefully. 4

7.Clean or replace the dust filter. 5

To install the dust filter, reverse the previous steps.

8.Turn on the projector and use “Reset Dust Filter” after the dust filter is replaced.

Filter Reset: (i) Press “Menu” (ii) Select “OPTIONS” (iii) Select

“Reset Dust Filter” (iv) Select “Yes”.
