Troubleshooting

If you have any trouble using your DX-C390, check the following table for possible causes and remedies. If you still can’t resolve the issue yourself, please contact your Onkyo dealer.

In the unlikely event that this should happen, unplug the power cord from the wall outlet, wait at least five seconds, and then plug it back in again.
