Supplied power cord

To an AC wall outlet (Plug type varies from country to country.)

1Make sure that the main power of the compact disc player is turned off.

2Connect all of your components.

3Connect the supplied power cord to the compact disc player’s AC INLET.

4Plug the power cord into an AC wall outlet.

Tip

To reduce noise, do not tie the signal cable and power cable together. Wire them so that they are away from each other.

Note

Never disconnect the power cord from the compact disc player while the other end is still plugged into a wall outlet. Doing so may cause an electric shock. Always disconnect the power cord from the wall outlet first, and then the compact disc player.

Turning on the compact disc player may cause a momentary power surge that might interfere with other electrical equipment on the same circuit. If this is a problem, plug the compact disc player into a different branch circuit.

Do not use a power cord other than the one supplied with the compact disc player. The supplied power cord is designed exclusively for use with the compact disc player and should not be used with any other equipment.
