XM SATELLITE rADIO

XM Display Modes

The XM features described here only operate when the optional XM receiver and antenna connected to the main unit.

Press the XM SEArCH button.

~ Each time the XM SEARCH button is pressed, the mode changes as follows:

CHANNEL SEArCH CATEgOrY SEArCH

PrESET SEArCH

~ Channel Search Mode :

Press the TUNING/CH (or ,,. button on the main unit) to move to the desired channel.

~Category Search Mode :

Press the TUNING/CH (or ,,. button on the main unit) to select the channel within the selected category.

~Preset Search Mode :

Press the TUNING/CH (or ,,. button on the main unit) to select the channel within the memorized channels.

Presetting XM Satellite radio

1.Press the FUNCTION button and select the XM band.

~ Each time the FUNCTION button is pressed, the band switches between <FM> <XM>

. Search the XM Satellite Radio channel you want to set as a preset channel.

3. Press the FM/XM MEMOrY button.

~ <PRGM> fl ashes in the display.

. Press the [,] button to select preset number.

~You can select between 1 and 15 presets.

5.Press the FM/XM MEMOrY button again.

~Press the FM/XM MEMOrY button before <PRGM> disappears from the display.

~<PRGM> disappears from the display and the channel is stored in memory.

. To preset another channel, repeat steps 2 to 5.

M ` Up to 15 channels can be saved in memory. If you save more than 15 channels, the oldest channel previously saved is removed and a new channel is stored in its place.

dTo tune in to a preset channel, press the TUNINg/CH button (or [,] button on the main unit )until the channel is selected.
