While operating a vehicle

The driver or operator of any vehicle should not use a wireless data device while in control of a vehicle. Doing so detracts from the driver or operator's ability to control and operate the vehicle. In some countries, using such com- munications devices while in control of a vehicle is an offence.

These devices comply with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation is subject to the condition that these devices do not cause harmful interference.

Where appropriate, the use of the equipment is subject to the following condi- tions:

The Sierra Wireless USB modem has been tested for compliance with FCC / IC RF exposure limits in the notebook computer(s) configurations with horizontal and vertical USB slots
