The HDS-8is intended as a companion component for the MOON CP-8Reference Surround Preamplifier/Processor. Consequently, any discussions concerning remote control operations requires the WRM-2 remote control unit which is sold ONLY with the MOON CP-8.
The performance of your HDS-8will continue to improve during the first 150 hours of use. This is the result of a “break-in” period required for the numerous high quality electronic parts used throughout this HDMI switcher.
