STEP 2: Check your STB location

The STB must have good ventilation, free of obstruction; don’t block vents

The STB must be plugged in to a power source that is on all the time

You must be able to see the front of the STB from your viewing location

Never place anything on top of the STB, especially other home video components

STEP 3: Connect cables to STB

Depending on your TV or display and the type of

FiOS TV STB, skip to the step (3a or 3b) that best matches your equipment setup.

CAUTION: Power cable should NOT be plugged into wall outlet yet.
