64 Bytes Frames	The total number of frames (including bad packets)
	received and transmitted that were 64 octets in length
	(excluding framing bits but including FCS octets).
65-127 Byte Frames	The total number of frames (including bad packets)
128-255 Byte Frames	received and transmitted where the number of octets
256-511 Byte Frames	fall within the specified range (excluding framing bits
512-1023 Byte Frames	but including FCS octets).
